ATS MACHINERY TECHNOLOGIES CO.LTD is a high-tec private enterprise, which collects research and development, production, sales and procurement service in the machinery industry field. ATS mainly sells a variety of products including stamping molds, motor stator and rotor laminations, powder coating, winding and test. ATS also owns a factory, which is located in Xuzhou Industrial Park. The area of the factory is about 6,000m2, which included two parts, stator and rotor punching and high voltage products. In the factory, there are 4 sets of press machine, which is 1000T, 500T, 500T and 250T. 4 sets of high speed punching machines, 160T, 200T, 250T and 500T. 10 sets of punching machine, 80T, 160T, 200T, 250T and 500T etc. 5 sets of CNC machines, 15 sets of wire cutting machines, which is included 3 sets of WEDM with medium speed, 12 sets of WEDM with high speed. The max cutting range is up to 1.2m. 5 sets of NC lathe machines, 5 sets of grinding machines, 5 sets of drilling machines, 6 sets of milling machines. To improve capacity, efficiency and increase the degree of automation, our company invests 10 sets of ROBOT ARMS instead of labor.
